Come to Thy. See how whisky is made, from grain to bottle. Smell, watch and taste your way through the process, from grain to finished whisky. The organic farm of Gyrup, to which Thy Whisky belongs to, makes whisky from the grain that grows on their own fields. This whisky has been rated as the best European whisky outside of Scotland and Ireland by Jim Murray in the Whisky Bible and awarded Single State Whisky of the Year (Rest of world) at Icons of Whisky 2023.

FULL GAS - Exclusive tasting at Thy Whisky

Join us for a tasting for those who want to delve further into Thy Whisky's flavor universe. We taste 7 different whiskies — from new and old releases. In addition, we are followed in the keg warehouse to take samples directly from the dish. It is an experience for those who want to dig deeper, where there is better time to talk about and taste our approach to making whisky. We also stretch the legs with a short tour of the production, where you will get closer to the process from grain to bottle. A tasting with lots of character, curiosity and full throttle on the tasting.

About Thy Whisky

Thy Whisky is Danish organic whiskey, made at the family farm Gyrup in Thy. We exclusively use grain from our fields to create our whisky and spirits - malted, mashed and distilled on the farm.
