Sales and Delivery

Experience ticket and order confirmation are always sent to the provided email address.

Responsibility for the experience ticket passes to you as a consumer at the time you receive the ticket.

Once you have paid for an experience, the experience ticket will always be sent to the provided email address. If you do not receive an email, you should first check if our email has ended up in your unwanted email or promotions folder. If it's not there, you can contact us directly and get help.

Responsibility for the experience ticket passes to you as a consumer at the time you receive the ticket by email, and you should therefore urgently check whether the contents of the email and experience ticket are consistent with order and order confirmation.

Prices

VAT

All prices for Thy Whisky are listed in DKK and include VAT. Excluded are experiences which, based on their content and nature, are exempt from VAT in accordance with the rules of the VAT Act.

Experience Gift Card

Our gift card is a gift card that can be used as a means of payment.

Our gift cards cannot be added together and must therefore be used individually. Please also note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

Price and printing error

We take reservations about pricing and printing errors on our website, social media, newsletters and other email broadcasts, and reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of a material and/or apparent error.

Cancellation policy

If you choose to cancel

By more than {selectedRefundTime} for the experience, you can rebook by contacting directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, such as overnight stays and experiences requiring long preparation, and therefore there may be some exceptions. This will appear under Rules and Security on the experience product page.

At less than {selectedRefundTime} for the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Be aware that experiences often include preparations which involve expenses to be covered, and therefore you cannot recover the money for the experience.

On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so that they know you are not participating anyway. The contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. Alternatively, as a starting point, feel free to give your ticket to the other side.

Weather conditions

Safety and good relationships are top priority. Therefore, sometimes the weather can make it impossible to hold the experience. Should this happen, the experience manager will contact you so you can find a new date jointly.

If the experience manager chooses to cancel

Our experience managers of course do everything possible for you to get out to experience. However, unforeseen events can happen, for example in sickness, road conditions and the like, where there is no choice but cancellation. Should that happen, you will be contacted by the person in charge by phone/SMS and then by email.

In case of cancellation and questions to do this, you are always welcome to contact us.

Security

Through our software provider Durable, we use SSL and this means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

If you pay by credit card, you are secured against abuse because you can refuse a payment through your bank. In addition, you have no deductible in the event that the credit card is misused in an online business using SSL. Thy Whisky uses SSL, and this means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

Liability & Insurance

Trafelling on the farm is at your own responsibility. When you move on the farm, you should always follow your guide.

Requirements upon arrival for the experience

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start time of the experience. Upon arrival for the experience, make sure you can document your booking via your ticket or booking confirmation.

Personal Information

• We carry out the registration of your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.
• The personal data is registered with Thy Whisky and kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When buying an experience at Thy Whisky, we need the following information:

• Name.
• Address.
• Email address.
• Phone number.

We carry out the registration of your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you. We ask for your phone number in order to provide you with a good service if something unpredictable happens when delivering your order confirmation, when shipping gift box or on the day of your experience.

The personal data is registered with Thy Whisky and kept for five years, after which the information is deleted. If you have used your experience in the meantime, we will delete most of your information 30 days after your experience or redemption of your experience certificate from the experience manager. The name and address we must continue to keep for five years according to the Accounting Act. When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent so that you are informed of what information is collected and why.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to Thy Whisky is not disclosed or sold and we do not record any personally sensitive information. As a registered customer of Thy Whisky, you always have the right to object to the registration and you have the right to insight into what information is recorded about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and your request is directed to Thy Whisky by email.

Your rights

In connection with purchases, identity and transaction information is stored in accordance with the law in force at all times.

If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have it rectified or deleted.

Cookies

Thy Whisky uses cookies with the aim of optimizing the website and making visiting easy for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.
