As an Organic Single Estate Whisky Distillery from the Westcoast of Denmark we actually farm whisky. Made only from organic grains - malted, mashed, distilled, matured and bottled here on our family estate in Thy.

John and Ric from Beavis Bar have been connected with us since the very beginning, and our relationship has grown into a friendship that started in Thy. They probably have the most extensive collection of our whiskies.

So let's dive deep into rare and current releases with a glimpse into the future. You can expect at least 6-8 drams.

Thy Whisky is Danish organic whiskey, made at the family farm Gyrup in Thy. We exclusively use grain from our fields to create our whisky and spirits - malted, mashed and distilled on the farm.
