If you choose to cancely

For more than 24 hours to the experience, you can rebook by contacting Thy Whisky directly.

On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact us directly so we know you won't come anyway. The contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. Then we will find another date for you, or refund your purchase. Alternatively, as a starting point, feel free to give your ticket to the other side.
